Expander 650Rx is a large to medium surface floor finishing, polishing and grinding, consist with 3 staggered counter-rotating heads for perfect surface levelling. With its rigid head planetary with three large sized 240mm tools, the flatness of the surface and the perfect balance of the floor grinding machine is guaranteed. Key Features and Capabilities

Remote Control Function

If the operator leaves the Remote control, the machine will stop working and it rejects use from any other person. All automatic movements are under control by “dead man safety device”.

Easy to transport and load

The remote control and the insertable third wheel makes the machine easier to handle, transport and load and unload into vehicles.

Auto levelling Planetary System.

The machine has a rigid head auto levelling planetary system which make sure to produce super flat floor all around.

Medium to Large Working Section

Steel Gearbox

The old belt system was replaced by strong gear box with thermo-hardened steel gears for a longer life and omit breakage.

Achieving flat floors with Klindex Expander

The Expander range of floor grinders to give the ultimate FLAT FLOOR. First, they have a fixed planetary gear driven head that works to grind all flooring surfaces flat.

The aadjustable working pressure feature allow the operator to manually adjust the working pressure of the planetary head for improved the grinding production rate and it also assures a flatter result. And the spring attachments force the weight of the chassis onto the working area allowing the machine to have some slight movement during the grinding work, but always focusing the downward grinding pressure.
