Expander 650 is a large to medium surface floor finishing, polishing and grinding, consist with 3 staggered counter-rotating heads for perfect surface levelling. With its rigid head planetary with three large sized 240mm tools, the flatness of the surface and the perfect balance of the floor grinding machine is guaranteed. Large Working Section

Auto levelling Planetary System.

The machine has a rigid head auto levelling planetary system which make sure to produce super flat floor all around.

Third insertable wheel

Since the Expander 950 doesn’t comes with a remote control, the third insertable wheel helps the operator in transportation and loading into vehicles.

Adjustable working pressure

Expander 650 has an adjustable working pressure which makes the machine to cut deeper more effectively than any other machine in the market.

Steel Gearbox

The old belt system was replaced by strong gear box with thermo-hardened steel gears for a longer life and omit breakage.

Fast and Easy change of tools

The machine owns an one button system to rotate the planetary 90° to allow a fast and easy change of tools.

Safety Features

The expander range is higher in safety since the operator is not close or attached to the machine. The adjustable and removable handle helps the operator move, push or change the tools of the machine as he wishes.

Achieving flat floors with Klindex Expander

The Expander range of floor grinders to give the ultimate FLAT FLOOR. First, they have a fixed planetary gear driven head that works to grind all flooring surfaces flat.

The aadjustable working pressure feature allow the operator to manually adjust the working pressure of the planetary head for improved the grinding production rate and it also assures a flatter result. And the spring attachments force the weight of the chassis onto the working area allowing the machine to have some slight movement during the grinding work, but always focusing the downward grinding pressure.
